  2. One of my favorites is Lucy’s Sugar Cookie (gluten-free 5.5 oz bag). It’s just the right size to place in the bottom of a 3-1/2″ foil baking cup. I then top it with my favorite key-lime pie filling recipe and bake in the oven. Cool individual pies and add your homemade whipped cream on top and you have the cutest dessert that is also scrumptious. It’s always the 1st dessert people grab!
